Whether I am working with an individual or an organization, my starting point is the same: Understanding people in context.

Because mental health doesn’t exist separately from our work, relationships, culture or environment. 

My aim is to bring psychology out of the abstract and into everyday life, whether that means helping someone navigate a difficult period, supporting a manager facing new challenges, or helping an organization build greater awareness around mental health and psychosocial risks.
