About
Hi, I’m Isabelle Bouvier.
I enjoy helping people & organizations better understand where they are and where they might want to go.
I am a psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Business Psychology, with a professional background spanning psychology, mental health, workplace well-being and intercultural experiences.
My career began in Toulouse, where I worked as a Consultant, Trainer and Occupational Psychologist, supporting people and organizations, particularly within the demanding environment of the aerospace industry. This experience gave me the opportunity to explore the many factors that influence psychological well-being : from stress and communication to relationships, work environments and organizational culture.
Alongside this work, I developed my experience in individual psychological support, working with people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, bore-out, perfectionism, insomnia, interpersonal difficulties and major life transitions.
Being binational myself, I have also developed a particular interest in intercultural psychology. Living between cultures can be enriching, but it can also raise questions around identity, belonging, adaptation and relationships. I have supported people navigating cultural transitions, identity shifts, social integration and long-distance relationships, and this perspective has become an important part of how I understand psychological well-being.
To continue developing my practice, I have undertaken further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ANC including CBT-based tools applied to organizations and collective settings, Eco-psychology and I take part in International Psychologist communities.
Today, I bring together these different perspectives to offer an approach that is evidence-informed, practical and adapted to the individual and their context.
